Contact us to order the original Enagic filter for the SD501DX. Courier delivery or personal pickup.Turn off the tap or disconnect the inlet hose before replacing the filter.
Locate the filter chamber cover (usually on the side or bottom of the device). Rotate anti-clockwise and pull out.
Remove the old filter and insert the new one — the filter only fits in one position. Close the cover.
The machine will recognise the new filter and reset automatically.
Turn on the tap and run 3–5 litres of water through the ionizer to flush the new filter and remove any fine carbon dust from the activated carbon.
